The team at ELR Plumbing really are something else. From the initial conversations and quote, all the way to the works being completed, the level of service and attention to detail to make us as the client happy was amazing. No question was to difficult and they really wanted to make sure we understood the process and you could tell that they treated our house like their own. Then came the finished product and it totally transformed our home, you can see from the finished product that these guys truly take pride in their work and it shows!!! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.

It doesn't stop there, the after sales care and support is second to none! In a day and age where trades are one and done, these guys really want to make sure you are happy with every detail and go above and beyond expectations. If you are in the market for a new roof and you don't at very least get in touch with ELR, then you are genuinely doing yourself a disservice. We recently had our commercial warehouse roof replaced with some fibre glass sheets and a box gutter, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Taylor and his team was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and he came out to assess the roof that same week. They were able to provide me with a detailed estimate within a few days, and they were very transparent about the process and the materials they would be using.
